Guests' impressions
"Breakfast in bed & the sea just few steps away, say no more!"
Although we arrived late at night we had a warm welcome. In the morning the sweet Nancy was there to help us with everything, booking taxis, advising on places to go etc..I strongly recommend Alexandria, even though it is out of the classic tourist tours of Egypt it is a place where you will find authenticity and the kindness of the Egyptians at its best.Breakfast in bed was also a big highlight in our stay!
"Perfect location with hospitable staff and cleaness"
The property cleaness and simplicity as well as staff hospitality.
"It was a good stay and the hotel staff is very friendly and make you feel at home"
DecorationCleanThe overall atmosphere is very good
"Exceptional"
Lovely room, better suited for a couple than a solo traveler. I was glad to discover that the ATM in front of the building, facing the sea, actually provided me with funds; unlike the majority of ATMs I've tried to use.
"Not the first time and will not be the last time"
- wifi network working everywhere, friendly staff- you can order food delivery anytime, also their cafe is very delicious and not expensive anymore- hotel location is very good- check in/out process handled in a few minutes.- The hotel is very clean and also the facility team members are very honest- The most different thing in this hotel is their rooms have great decorations- Thank You MR. Abdelrahman *night shift front office*, for your efforts and quick response every time by your great smile, keep it up
