Although we arrived late at night we had a warm welcome.In the morning the sweet Nancy was there to help us with everything, booking taxis, advising on places to go etc..I strongly recommend Alexandria, even though it is out of the classic tourist tours of Egypt it is a place where you will find authenticity and the kindness of the Egyptians at its best.Breakfast in bed was also a big highlight in our stay!

The location is awesome, friendly staff, the room 'Texas' is creatively furnished and very relaxing. F&B is good value for money too.

The hotel is elegant yet cozyThere is a city theme for each roomMy room was called SantoriniIt was well decoratedAlthough it was a bit small, but it was cozy and it everything I needed was already inside ( ac , pray mat , tv , bathroom , tissues , toilet paper , extra bed covers , electric sockets and different lighting 3 levels )I really enjoyed my stay and needless to say that the room was so clean and the staff and the house keeping are really neat and nice.It is totally recommended

Lovely room, better suited for a couple than a solo traveler. I was glad to discover that the ATM in front of the building, facing the sea, actually provided me with funds; unlike the majority of ATMs I've tried to use.
