The property cleaness and simplicity as well as staff hospitality.

Although we arrived late at night we had a warm welcome.In the morning the sweet Nancy was there to help us with everything, booking taxis, advising on places to go etc..I strongly recommend Alexandria, even though it is out of the classic tourist tours of Egypt it is a place where you will find authenticity and the kindness of the Egyptians at its best.Breakfast in bed was also a big highlight in our stay!

Extremely Friendly Staff , the Sea View is Exceptional , definetly my fav hotel in alexandria . My beloved wife Asma was really happy .

It was a great place to stay in Alexandria

The room was very cute, and the fact that each room of the hotel had a theme was amazing.Even though the size of the room is small as informed, it was very well organised and clean. The bed was comfortable.The staff was very friendly. We got breakfast in bed, which was for very reasonable price and was quite good.The location is close to the main road.Our room was facing a building under construction, but that was not a problem for us as we had the intention of visiting the city instead. There was no noise or any other inconveniences.I totally recommend it.PS: Finding a clean hotel in Cairo and Alexandria was a struggle, but we were lucky with this one.

- wifi network working everywhere, friendly staff- you can order food delivery anytime, also their cafe is very delicious and not expensive anymore- hotel location is very good- check in/out process handled in a few minutes.- The hotel is very clean and also the facility team members are very honest- The most different thing in this hotel is their rooms have great decorations- Thank You MR. The location is awesome, friendly staff, the room 'Texas' is creatively furnished and very relaxing. F&B is good value for money too.

The Room was big with cozy style , panoramic view of the sea , clean bathroom , friendly staff
